Reservations:
*A signed liability waiver is required to participate in all activities
*Guarantee your date with a credit card
*Major credit cards accepted with valid ID
*Damage deposit - A credit card imprint is required for rentals
*Cancellation Policy: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. 48 hours during peak seasons or for large groups. You must cancel 24 hours before your scheduled departure time to avoid being charged. (48 hours during peak season or for large groups)
*No shows or any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice (48 hours during peak season or for large groups) will be charged full price
Rentals and dogsleds go snow or shine, unless we cancel due to poor visibility. | |
We Recommend:
*Make reservations in advance! Don't be disappointed!
*Dress Warmly! Ski apparel (including gloves, hats, wool socks and warm, water proof/resistant boots) is appropriate for all activities
*We have adult size ski bibs and boots available at no extra charge
*Eye protection is required for all activities! (Sunglasses or goggles)
*Arrive 40 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time
*Running late? We understand, but all dogsleds and rentals depart on time. If you arrive late, we will have to reschedule your party.
*Don't forget your camera and sunscreen!
